Target 180812 - Digital Reinterpretation | Geometric Art Print

from $35.00
"Target 180812" is a digital reinterpretation of my original 2018 ballpoint pen artwork completed on August 12, 2018. This version preserves the composition and geometric structure of the original while transforming its red and pink palette into a striking arrangement of turquoise, green, blue, and gold. Concentric circular forms dominate the upper portion of the composition, progressing from a deep blue center through turquoise and green fields. Below them, four gold geometric forms create a repeated horizontal sequence, providing a contrasting angular element beneath the larger circular structure. The digital treatment dramatically alters the surface character of the original while emphasizing its layered construction. Dense textures reveal traces of the guided random scribbling and freehand straight-line system used to create the original drawing, while stronger contrast and intensified color give those overlapping marks a distinctly different visual presence. Although its palette and surface texture have been substantially transformed, "Target 180812" retains the concentric structure, repetition, and balance of the original artwork. The reinterpretation demonstrates how changes in color and texture can create a very different visual experience while preserving the underlying composition. An exploration of concentric form, repetition, guided randomness, layered linework, and digitally transformed color and texture. Fine Art Print Details — Color Vibrancy: Printed using advanced 12-color fine art printing technology for rich, vibrant colors and exceptional tonal depth. Finish: Smooth matte finish for a clean, glare-free presentation. Paper: Premium 200 gsm (80 lb) fine art paper with a thickness of 0.26 mm (10.3 mil). Sustainability: Printed on environmentally responsible FSC-certified paper sourced from responsibly managed forests.
